Adonnii Jacob

A humble and truly grounded individual, Adonni Jacob has remained true to the principles that have
shaped his life while growing up. Thus, at a young age he was able to recognize that many individuals
are unable to step into the fullness of their lives because they have not discovered their true potential.
He responded by focusing his attention on exposing youths to different sporting disciplines with the aim
of this being a launching pad for their curiosity into exploring the expanse of their inert potential. He avidly embraces the opinions of those who many seemed to have forgotten in the conversation of development and equitable distribution of the resources of Tobago.

His advocacy for true democracy is evidenced by his consistent and deep seeded passion for promoting
the advancement of the working class. He is determined to stand in the trenches and advocate for
improved working conditions, a wider range of opportunities to develop our sport product and a greater
emphasis on a structured approach to develop the human capacity of all on the island.
