Aldrin Phillips

Very few people boast of finding their life’s ultimate purpose from a tender age, and be able to follow
that path throughout their life. And so, that places Aldrin Phillips in a very selective category of
individuals. Born into a lifestyle of service, he became involved in the cultural aspects of his community
as the founding member of the God’s Messenger Orchestra through which he performed for audiences
throughout Tobago.

With a background in construction and surveying, Aldrin understands the necessity for building on a
solid foundation and the processes that must be undergone to guarantee the stability of any structure.
This understanding has guided him throughout his involvement in the community village council, leading
this group for several years successfully and leaving a legacy of service for others to follow. One of his
many achievements while serving in the village council, is the successful hosting of the community
football championship league, where young men from throughout Tobago demonstrated their immense
sporting talents, thus showcasing the importance of such an event to expose the local talents of the
sportsmen on the island.

Indeed, Aldrin Phillips is truly a community advocate, and he has stepped forward to take his
representation to another level in a quest to transform Tobago into a modern society.
