Kemisha Kerr
District Assemblywoman - Signal Hill/Patience Hill
At what many may consider to be "too young" to be involved in politics, Kemisha Kerr’s maturity definitely disagrees. With a firm conviction of the need for equity and the need for social balance, she has been committed to representation ever since she can remember.
As a student council secretary at Signal Hill Secondary School, and subsequently going on to become Student Council President at Harmons School of the SDA, Kemisha championed the cause for many students who needed a voice to represent their interests on different matters. Her confidence and poise often made her deliberations easy as she never entered situations without a keen understanding of the nature of the circumstances. It is with this same conviction that she has expanded her interests and community involvements into the cultural arena as a pannist with the Westside Steel Orchestra and a dancer with Mt Pleasant Heritage Festival.
With this well-rounded portfolio, she is exactly what is needed to bring a different type of representation to her community.
We present to you Ms Kemisha Kerr, prospective candidate for Signal Hill/Patience Hill representing the INNOVATIVE DEMOCRATIC ALLIANCE.
