Nichola Wint

Shaping young minds has been Nichola’s contribution to Tobago’s development. As an elementary school teacher, she has a firm belief that emphasis on developing young minds and not just educating them, is the key to a modern Tobago.

Her commitment to representation comes from the heart, as she wants to ensure that learning is more accessible and engaging, so as to entice more individuals to become lifelong learners. This is attested to by her desire for continual personal growth which led her to pursue her initial degree in Education and now preparing for further certification in Advance Accountancy, Accounting and Management.
She has proven that it is possible to have more than one passion in life as Nichola has diversified her experiences to include being trained in Landscaping, practicing as an agri-entrepreneur and is presently an agri-processor.

Her love for learning, teaching, entrepreneurial ventures and agriculture, will no doubt be a significant driver in the mandate of the INNOVATIVE DEMOCRATIC ALLIANCE to create a curriculum that is aligned with the planned progress for the island, resulting in a sustainable model for developing a new Tobago.
